Obituary For Lucian A. Romanucci

December 13, 1926 - January 27, 2015

Romanucci, Lucian A. "Lou", age 88, on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 of Brentwood. Husband of Florita "Flo" (Becker) Romanucci; father of Luciann (Ben) Linden and Anthony J. (Jessica) Romanucci; grandfather of Luke Thomas Linden, and Sofia Grace Romanucci; son of the late Nazareno and Carolina Romanucci; brother of Rina Graziano, Louise Cappetta and the late Elide Marcin. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Lou served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and will be deeply missed by his loving family, his Thursday card players and his golf buddies. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Saturday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sylvester Church at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to St. Sylvester Angel Fund or St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Sylvester Church , 3754 Brownsville Road Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
