Age 41, of Mt. Lebanon, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Born to her devoted parents, Zoran and Ksenija Milojkovic, Maja was a cherished sister to Marko and a loving mother to her beloved son, Eli, who was the light of her life. A graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Maja lived with intention and passion. She embraced wellness through yoga, exercise, and healthy living and her adventurous spirit led her to explore the world through travel. Above all, she poured her heart into raising Eli, nurturing him with unwavering love and dedication. Maja was fiercely loyal and protective of her family and friends. Her strength, warmth, and vibrant presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Friends and loved ones will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, May 18, 2025 from 2-4 p.m. A Pomen service will be held on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, May 19, 2025 from 10-11 a.m. in Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 450 Maxwell Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236 followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. All are kindly asked to meet directly at the church on Monday.
