Obituary For Marc J. Mirenna

July 25, 1968 - August 21, 2015

Mirenna, Marc J., of South Park formerly of Dravosburg. Age 47, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer, on Friday, August 21, 2015,

Beloved son of Donna (Nix) and the late Mark Mirenna; loving father of Joel, Justin, Jacey and Jerzy Mirenna, husand of Victoria (Francis) Mirenna; brother of Jason (Heather) Mirenna; uncle of Hayden; cherished grandson of Mary Jean and the late William Nix and the late Dorothy and George Mirenna; special nephew of Denise (Tom) Panasko and Terry (Jeanie) Mirenna; "Big Brother" to cousin Jessica (Matt) Brown and all of his extended family. Marc will be greatly missed by his family and friends for his sense of humor and his love of family and life. Marc was proud to be the coach of various girls soccer teams and was lovingly known as "Coach Marc". Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Monday from 4-8 p.m and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
