Obituary For Margaret K. Donovan

June 12, 1942 - January 12, 2017

Donovan, Margaret K. "Kathy" (Donahue), age 74, on Thursday, January 12, 2017 of Whitehall, formerly of South Side and Mt. Oliver. Beloved wife of 52 years to James J.; loving mother of Timothy (Lisa), Thomas (Kerri), Brian (Deana) Donovan and Amy (Jason) Stoker; proud grandmother of Brendan, Dylan, Kiersten, Emily, Shaun, Brady, and Kevin Donovan and Kacey and Ryan Stoker; sister of Daniel (Barb), Michael (the late Jane) and Patrick (Ruth) Donahue. Also survived by nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Saturday and Sunday, January 14 & 15, 2017 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Monday morning at 11:45. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sylvester Church at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to Allegheny County AOH Scholarship Fund, 4754 Doverdell Drive, Pittsburgh PA 15236.
