Obituary For Margaret M. Harms

August 4, 1919 - December 9, 2014

Harms, Margaret M. (Donovan) Age 95, on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, of Brentwood .

Beloved wife of the late Gilbert F. Harms; loving mother of Lawrence G. (Jane) and Mary Ann (the late Lenny) Sobieszczyk; cherished grandmother of James (Lorie), Michael (Carmela) and Lauren (Rob) Kling; proud GiGi of James, Zach, Cassidy, Samantha, Bernadette, Gilbert and Trace; sister of the late John and William Donovan and Dorothy Holzer; also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Thursday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Friday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Wendelin Church at 10:00 am. If desired, family suggests contributions to Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett Street Pittsburgh, PA 15243.

    Aunt Margie will always be in my heart. So many of my childhood memories include her and her wonderful attitude and laugh. My heartfelt sympathy to Mary Ann and Larry and her grandchildren.
