Obituary For Margaret Volchko

December 2, 1931 - September 17, 2016

Volchko, Margaret Age 84, on Saturday, September 17, 2016, of Allentown.

Sister of the late William (survived by Lena) Volchko; aunt of William Volchko, Gary Volchko and Mary Beth Schultz. Also survived by eight loving great nieces and nephews. Visitation and services will be held privately. Arrangements handled by John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227. If desired, family suggests contributions to Western PA Humane Society, 1101 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233.

    I have never met a more sincere, loving person as Margaret! She was genuine, funny, and the hardest worker I have ever known. Today would have been her 85th Birthday! She loved all animals-dogs, birds, and especially the cats! I worked with Margaret for several years and continued to keep in contact as her friend. Although I live overseas, I think of her often! I will miss her greatly! Rest in Peace dear friend! Hugs - Linda
