O'Toole, Mary Anne (Proctor), on Wednesday, May 27, 2013 of South Park Beloved wife of Patrick J. O'Toole for over 56 years; loving mother of Lynda (Chuck) Mirt, Coleen (Scott) Loughman, Pam (Scott) Krause, Tim (Alicia) O'Toole, and Kelli (Jack) Aul; MaMa of Caitlin, Colin, and Michael. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a blessing service will be held on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to Alzheimer's Association - Greater Pennsylvania Chapter 1100 Liberty Ave., Suite E-201 Pittsburgh, PA 15222 or Three Rivers Hospice 1195 Jacks Run Road N.
