Punjack, Mary Catherine (Gardner), age 87, on Sunday, March 19, 2017 of Arlington. Wife of the late Jack Punjack; mother of Michael L. (Arlene) Punjack, John P. (Jennifer) Punjack, James F. (Michelle) Punjack, Thomas J. (Theresa) Punjack and the late Joseph M. Punjack; grandmother of Alicia (Jason) Sikora, Darlene Punjack, Jaime (Skuhrovec) Todd, James F. (Emily) Punjack, Jr., Michael J. Punjack, Kimberly Punjack, Monika (Paul) Baker, Stephanie (Eric) Kush, Casandra Punjack, Thomas King, Victoria King and Rochelle King; great-grandmother of nine. Mary was a member of Post #1810 VFW Ladies Auxiliary and also the Christian Mothers at St. Henry Church. She was a graduate of St. Michael's High School and a 25 year employee of Kaufmann's/Macy's Department Store. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday, March 21,2017 from 1-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Paul of the Cross Monastery at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions in Mary's name to a charity of one's choice.
