Obituary For Mary Dorothy "Dottie" Coyne

August 14, 1925 - May 28, 2015 Coyne, Mary Dorothy "Dottie", age 89, on Thursday, May 28, 2015 of Baldwin. Wife of the late Patrick J.; mother of Patrick J. (Judy) Coyne; sister of the late Kathleen and Margaret; aunt of Peggy (Greg) Stevenson; cousin of Marleen Bartholomew and Harriet (Glen) Drengwitz. Also survived by numerous, nieces, nephews and cousins. Mary was a school teacher at St. Wendelin and St. Albert the Great. She was also a local artist, specializing in Pittsburgh sports figures. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh 15227 on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Friday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Angels Church at 10:00 a.m.

    Aunt dote will be missed. She was a lovely woman. She had a lot to offer as my aunt. A very wise woman. Rest in peace. She is with the Lord now.
