Walther, Mary J. (Murphy), age 86, of Pleasant Hills, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 14, 2015. Beloved wife of 65 years to Robert J. Walther, Sr.; loving mother of Robin (Marianne) Walther, Dan Walther, Mona (Pat) Burns and Joanne Walther; cherished Mom Mom of Rose J. Walther and Robert J. (Bre) Walther III; proud great-grandma of Gracie, Sabrina, James and Quinn; sister of Randall Murphy and the late Bernard Murphy; mother-in-law of Barbara (John) Carson. A special thanks to Arden Courts and Heartland Hospice for their loving care of Mary Jeanette. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227 on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Saturday morning at 11:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at Noon.
