Obituary For Maureen Weinheimer

Formerly of Brentwood, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 24, 2023.

Beloved mother of Kevin (Karen) Weinheimer and Lynn (Andy) Lisiecki; cherished Mams of Mindy (Jay) Lostetter, Drew (Brittany) Lisiecki; Meghan Lisiecki, Amanda and Kevin Weinheimer; proud great-grandmother of Miley and Johnny; lifelong friend and former wife of Gary Weinheimer. Maureen was a devoted Catholic and longtime member of St. Sylvester Church. She worked for many years as an Optometrist Assistant. Maureen was an active card, bowler and bocce player and loved to travel with her many friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Monday, July 31, 2023 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Tuesday morning at 9:45. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Sylvester Church at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memorials Processing, Memphis, TN 38105.

    So many fond memories of living next door while growing up. She was a wonderful lady, and she was one of my Mom's best friends. I know that her family will miss her, but she is now in the loving arms of the Lord.
