Pasquinelli-Utzig, Norma M. Age 93, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2014.

Beloved wife of the late Edwin F. Utzig for 17 years, having predeceased her by one month, and the late Joseph L. Pasquinelli for 46 years; daughter of the late Aladino and Bruna Piaggesi. Norma was also predeceased by one brother, Nick (late Isabelle) Piaggesi and two sisters; Mary Lou (survived by Carl) DiSimo and Theresa (late John) Pasquinelli. She is survived by her brother, Raymond (late Mary) Piaggesi and sister, Angie (late Peter) Serio. Loving mother of Joseph (Sharyn) Pasquinelli, Jr. of Glenshaw, Linda (Walter) McKenzie of Baldwin, Ronald (Mary) Pasquinelli of OH and Jerry (Kathy) Pasquinelli of Brentwood; stepmother of Edwin (M. Lois) Utzig of Baldwin, Ronald Utzig of Baldwin, Catherine (Greg) Welsh Carrington of NE, Kenneth (Carol) Utzig of Elizabeth, PA, Robert (Michele) Utzig of Mt. Washington and the late J. Kerry Utzig and Debra (Jerry) Pasquinelli. Proud Nonna of 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Also blessed with 13 step-grandchildren and 15 step-great-grandchildren. Norma was an active member of St. Justin Church and the St. Justin Women's Guild in Mt. Washington for most of her life. She was an avid bingo/card player and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Most recently, Norma was a resident at the Paramount Assisted Living Facility for the past year and four months. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Thursday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery.
