Obituary For Patricia Ann Grguric

Of Clairton, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 25, 2025.

She is preceded in death by her devoted partner of over 40 years, Frank Mihalovich and her parents, Andrew and Julia Grguric. She is survived by numerous cousins, extended relatives and her loyal friends.

Born in the City of Prayer and a devote Roman Catholic, she was a parishioner of St. Paulinus and St. Francis of Assisi. She was a graduate of Robert Morris College, and an independent modern woman who supported herself with a pioneering career in communications technology with AT&T.

Patty lived a very full and blessed life; she was a world traveler, loved music and dancing, attending sporting events, going to the movies, dining at all the newest restaurants, and supporting a plethora of non-profits. In keeping with Patty's charitable spirit, the family suggests donations be made in her memory to the Parkinson's Foundation of Western PA, 850 Cranberry Woods Drive, Room 2222, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066.

The family would like to thank all of those at Paramount Senior Living and Suncrest Hospice for the wonderful care she received over the past decade.

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Funeral prayer will be held at 9:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Sylvester Church at 10:30 a.m.
