Beloved wife of the late Henry D., II for 50 years; loving mother of Henry D. III (Becky), Thomas (Toni) Jew and Noreen (Steve) Hornyak; cherished grandmother of Amber Darby, Katie E. (Dan) Erny and Stephen M. Hornyak, Jr.; adoring great-grandmother of Joshua William Erny; also survived by her sister Phyllis (Donald) Remlinger and nieces and nephews. Patricia was devoted to her family. She was an avid reader, loved life, loved to travel and loved Kennywood. She was the heart and soul of the family. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Thursday morning at 9:45.
