Beloved wife of the late Dennis A. Urban, Sr.; beloved mother of Dennis (Linda) Urban, Jr. and Debbie (Joe) Sokolowski; cherished grammie of Megan (Vince) Miller, Nicole (Ryan) O'Shurak, Dennis (Natalie) Urban and Joseph and Alyssa Sokolowski; great-gram of Banyan, Owen, Andi and Bhodi; sister of Cathy Gallagher and the late Mary Wanko.
