Obituary For Patricia "Pat" Hoffman Leonard

Age 68, of South Park, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 4, 2024 with family at her side.

Beloved wife of 33 years to Robert E. "Bob" Leonard, Sr.; loving sister of Rick (Elaine) Hoffman, Kim Hardesty and the late David Hoffman, Carl Hoffman, Mary Lea Wilson and Kathy Gallagher; daughter of the late Orwig and Hazel Faye Hoffman; stepmother of Robert (Nicole) Leonard, Jr., Lynn (Rob) Dinsmore, Beth (the late Jim) Sheller, Amy (Scott) Dintiman and Patrick Leonard. Also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Pat was an avid golfer and especially enjoyed golfing with her husband Bob. She was and always will be a West Virginia fan through and through. Special thanks to the staff at Premier Washington Health Center. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Albert the Great Church on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Everyone please meet at church.

    Elaine Hoffman

    Pat was more than a sister in law to me....more like a sister. The one thing I found out about her is that she liked to sing Karaoke and especially Almost Heaven WV by John Denver. One time in Nags Head NC she was singing and the crowd would pay her to keep on singing. She will be sadly missed. Elaine

    I first met Pat at Alpine Lakes, West Virginia. Many years ago. There were at least 15 of us there. She, alone, prepared a feast for us while we were all out doing who knows what. Such a gracious lady. So very grateful to have had her as part of my family. Sadly missed. Dor.
