Obituary For Patrick W. McGurk

November 8, 1948 - May 10, 2015

McGurk, Patrick "Pat" W., age 66, suddenly on Sunday, May 10, 2015 of Baldwin Borough. Beloved husband of Deborah (Patterson) McGurk; father of Cori (Jamie) Caputo; step-father of John (Kara) and Bill (Darlene) Hebert; grandfather of Abby, Jac, and Olivia, Madelyn, Jack, Maci, Lilly, Margot, Liam and Ben; brother of the late Mike (survived by Vickie) McGurk and John (survived by Carol) McGurk; also survived by his mother-in-law Frances Patterson and his sisters-in-law Janet (Vince) Patterson Mosesso and Kathy Patterson and many loving nieces and nephews. Pat retired as business manager for Iron Workers Local 3. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday from 1-8 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Blessing Service at 12:00 noon.

    Pat sent me to many jobs during my time as an Ironworker..he always watched out for me. I am so sorry for the loss of such a good man. My thoughts and prayers are with all Pat's family and friends. He will be missed greatly.
