Such a great man that I had the pleasure of working with him as his med tech at Overlook Green and he always had a positive attitude and made everyone laugh. His artwork that he kept was amazing, he will be missed

I was honored to serve in the Whitehall Fire Company with Phil and shared so many early memories. We swapped back and forth as President for years, supporting each other. He sure was dedicated to the Fire Company and Whitehall Boro. What a truly great individual. Rest in peace, Phil.

Rest in Peace my dear friend. You were the best friend my father could have. All the wonderful things that you have done for your community are too numerous to mention. I am thankful to have shared our time together on our journey of life. Until we meet again.

I have known Phil for over 50 years. There has never been a finer gentleman serving both the Borough and the Fire Company of Whitehall. The good he has done for both will be hard to repeat. If God was looking for another Angel, he certainly has found one. Rest in peace my friend.
