Dugan, Rachel J. (Oliver) Age 92, peacefully and surrounded by her family on Sunday, January 17, 2016, resident of Marian Manor, formerly of Whitehall .

Wife of the late Richard J. "Dixie" Dugan; beloved mother of Richard J. (Susie), Kevin J. (Debbie) and Colleen (Jack) Graham; loving grandmother of Ryan Dugan, Melissa (Matt) Dewey, Jonathan Dugan, Michael Dugan, Katie (Luke) Riley, John and David Graham; great-grandmother of Sydney, Owen, Liam and Emma; daughter of the late John and Bridget Oliver; cherished sister of Mary (the late William) Haas and the late George and Mary Oliver and John and Margie Oliver; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Rachel was a sweet and loving soul who will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral Prayer on Wednesday morning at 9 am. Mass of Christian Burial in Marian Manor, 2695 Winchester Drive, Pittsburgh, 15220 at 10 am. If desired, family suggests contributions to Marian Manor.
