Woshner, Raymond K., age 79, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, October 31, 2020 of Bethel Park, formerly of Carrick. Beloved husband of 20 years to Linda M. (Carroll) Woshner; loving father of Raymond A. Woshner, Laurie A. Woshner and the late Jill Woshner; adored PeePaw of Riley Brain, Reagan Woshner, Ella Eiben and Lochlan Woshner; son of the late John and Mabel Woshner; brother of Carole Staab, Michael Woshner, Suzanne Jones and the late Lois Knavish and John "Jack" Woshner, Jr. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Ray was an avid outdoorsman and adventurer with a legendary sense of humor. He was loved by all who knew him. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Wednesday at 9:45 a.m.. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Basil Church, at 10:30 a.m. Due to the current public health crisis, mask and social distancing guidelines must be adhered to.
