March 29, 1972 - January 10, 2016

Smith, Richard J. "Ricky" Suddenly on Sunday, January 10, 2016, after injuries sustained in an automobile accident, of Pittsburgh.

Life partner and soulmate of Susan "Sue" Moskiewski; loving father of Brooke and Ryder Smith; Pappy of Alivia Jane; beloved son of Catherine Rose (Pyle) and the late Richard F. Smith; brother of Jim (Barbara) Smith and Linda (Steve) Weisbrod; uncle of Stephen, Danielle and Tori. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Wednesday from 1-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Thursday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to The Family of Richard J. Smith, c/o John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 4201 Brownsville Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
