Age 78, passed peacefully on Saturday, July 25, 2020 of Whitehall, formerly of Bethel Park.

Beloved wife of fifty-two years to George Balaz, Jr.; daughter of the late Joseph and Rita Ranallo; sister of Joseph (Noreen) Ranallo; sister-in-law of Richard (Carol) Balaz; aunt of James (Sheri) Ranallo, Tracy (Glenn) Smith, Jeffrey Balaz, and Andrew Balaz. Also survived by many cousins and loving friends. Rita was a retired Pittsburgh Public Schools teacher. A special thanks to Paramount and their hospice for their compassion and care. Due to the current public health crisis, visitation and a blessing will be held privately.
