Obituary For Robert D. "Hunky" Wesolek

Wesolek, Robert D. "Hunky"
Age 73, on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, of Brentwood, formerly Southside, after a long and strong fight, peacefully with his family by his side.

Beloved dad of Danny Kirsch and Dana (Giannini) Benton; proud and doting "Pappy" of his princess Kelcie (Erik) Sharrock and Dylan Benton; son of the late Bernie and Stella Wesolek; brother of Linda (Ken) Riley and Bill (the late Lynn) Wesolek. Also survived by his best friend Jim Gallagher, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 3-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held in the John F. Slater Funeral Home Chapel on Monday morning at 11:00. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
