Schaum, Robert H. Age 85, after a long battle with several medical conditions, on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 of Baldwin Boro.

Beloved husband of the late Gertrude (Feldman) Schaum; loving father of Darlene (Dan) Oshop, Linda (Dave) Dryer, Robert (Joanne) Schaum and Jill (John) Check; proud grandfather of Bradley Dryer, Jenna and Ryan Schaum and Kevin and Adam Check; brother of William F. Schaum. Also survived by many friends. "Bob" worked as a crane operator in the steel mills most of his working career and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars, playing the lottery and watching sports and old movies. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Thursday from 2-8 pm, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 9:30 am.
