My sympathies to Robert's loving family. I went to school with him and we called him, Robbie back then. I never heard a negative thing about him as he was quite popular among his classmates.

Mr. Brown was my gym teacher at South High School from 1991-95. I was fascinated about his professional football career, and talked to him about that often. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. May God bless Mr. Brown and his entire family.

Bob became a friend of our family when my parents moved to Tangerine Woods in Florida. When we visited, we always enjoyed spending time with Bob and Jan. Nobody could tell a story like him. And he had many to tell. Rest in Peace Bob. Connie (Spatharos) Coe

Although we went to the same high school, we never met until my parents lived in Englewood, Florida and met Bob and Jan. Bob was a great help to my father, John Spatharos, in maintaining his home and generally helping with anything he needed. We all enjoyed listening to Bob's stories and he always had time to stop and say hello to my mom after dad's passing. He will be missed by so many and we are so sorry to hear of his passing. Remembering good times teaching with Bob at South HS. One time Bob treated my wife and I and our teenage daughter and her friend to lessons on riding his wave runners at Deep Creek. A fun day with him for sure! Bob Weet

Bob was one of my first customers at the Aquatic Center. I could not believe he trusted me with a check. He believed in me before I believed in myself. I will miss his smile in the morning at the Carc. He was always so excited to say, "Hi." I am so sorry to his family for your loss. He was truly a wonderful man, who will be deeply missed. Sending Love, Carol Jacobs
