My Uncle Bobby was not only my Uncle, he was my friend. When I was really little we'd watch cartoons together, played his records and one of my first memories of Christmas was playing with a train set together under the tree. Bob & Mary were always ready to take Gary & I somewhere, the zoo, a museum, anywhere & everywhere! We had such great times! One time we were out on their boat and of course I accidentally sat on Bobby's cowboy hat, I thought he was gonna freak out on me , instead he was very calm straightened out the hat no biggie. I was his "brat" and yes I was his favorite brat. I will miss him terribly. He didn't say much, but when he did, you laughed your "butt" off!! He was the best Uncle and I loved him very much.it's hard to say goodbye ,I'm just so happy he was a part of my life. Deb

Mary Lynn ~ You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Lasting friendship is a blessing to behold. We were blessed to have Bob in our lives for the last 45 years. We had so many good times together. Bob was a very kind, gentle and loving man. His family was his world. We will surely miss Bob but his memory will live on in our lives. Knowing your guardian is watching over always has to be the greatest comfort. We love you and we are always here for you.

Mary Lynn, Stephen & Jen, Jennifer and Sean,
You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Bob will be with us always as the "Guardian Angel" of whom you speak. Just remember this:
God looked around his garden, He found an empty place.
He looked down upon the earth and saw Bob's tired face.
He put His arms around him, and lifted him to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best
He knew that Bob was suffering, He knew he was in pain.
He knew that Bob would never, get well on earth again.
God saw the road was getting rough, the hills were hard to climb.
So He closed Bob's weary eyelids. as He whispered "Peace be Thine".
It broke our hearts to lose him, but he didn't go alone.
For part of us went with him...The day God called him Home!!!
Bob will be missed by all for the kind and gentle person he was. May he rest in peace.
Love and Prayers

Bobby, I knew you most of your life. I remember how frail you were as a young child and how we were told to be careful playing with you. From that beginning, it is amazing all that you accomplished in your very full life. With your wonderful wife Mary Lynne, you had a son and a daughter and even though you were very frail, fought to live to see all your grandchildren born.
I loved your Mother who nourished and encouraged you when you were young. Then I moved across country and was surprised to hear you had married. I know you fought very hard during your adult life and that Mary was always there for you.
I know your loss will be a great burden for many, but Congratulations for what you achieved. Rest in Peace my friend.
