Holt, Russell Robert, III "Russ", age 58, after complications of diabetes, on Thursday, April 12, 2018 of Pleasant Hills. Beloved son of Barbara (David) Holt DeBar and the late Russell Robert Holt, Jr.; nephew of Donald (Elinor) Beck of Nashville and Sarah (William) Daniels. Russ was an accomplished musician, and once hiked from Portland, Maine to Portland, Oregon on behalf of the United Fund. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Monday, April 16, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.
