Leibold, Ruth A. (Raynor) "R. Amber" Age 88, on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, of Whitehall.

Beloved wife of the late Robert N. Leibold; loving mother of Joyce Hegedus and the late Keith R. Leibold; sister of the late Ralph E. and Erben Raynor. Also survived by her grandcats, Lynx, Pierre and the late Sam. Ruth spread her time among many things she loved. She took great pride in her home inside and out. She was a Sunday school teacher at Smithfield Evangelical Protestant Church, a room mother and noon aide at Overlook School, Helping Hands volunteer, a Pet Pal, pre-school and adolescent supervisor, private home security attendant, chairperson for Rebecca Circle, decorator for Circle, nurse and caretaker, and saleswoman for Grants. She was also very patriotic and loved her home, where she enjoyed spending time on her patio. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday in Baldwin Community United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to Baldwin Community United Methodist Church, 5001 Baptist Rd, Pittsburgh, PA or BCUMC United Methodist Women (same address) or Western PA Humane Society, 1101 Western Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15233.
