Obituary For Ruth E. Edwards

January 16, 1924 - March 24, 2018

Edwards, Ruth E. (Shevlin) Age 94, on Saturday, March 24, 2018, of Pittsburgh.

Wife of the late Kenneth Edwards; mother of Ken (Judy) and the late Karen (K.C.) Price and Wayne (Sandy); grandmother of eleven; great-grandmother of 28; sister of Bernard Shevlin. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Tuesday, March 27 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sylvester Church at 10 a.m.. In lieu of flowers, family suggest contributions to Marian Manor, 2695 Winchester Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15220.
