Obituary For Thomas J. Foyle "Tom"

September 2, 1941 - December 19, 2014

Foyle, Thomas J. "Tom" Age 73, on Friday, December 19, 2014, formerly of Brentwood.

Beloved husband of 40 years to Sandy Foyle; loving father of Kelly (Chad) Ewing, Karen (Fred) Ihrig and the late Erin Lee Crough; brother of Michael (Donna) Foyle and the late Billy Foyle. Also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Tom served in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1966. He was an Allegheny County Police Officer for three years and then a Brentwood Boro Police Officer for over 25 years until his retirement and was a member of the FOP Lodge #91. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Monday, 2 - 8 pm at which time a Blessing Service will take place.

    Prayers to Sandy and all the family from Geddy and I. I remember all the fun times we had chasing the dogs, feeding the dogs, chopping down trees, hanging out by the lake and pond, and just basically being good neighbors. Geddy, Bill and I will always be here for you. Sorry we can't make the funeral home.
