Virginia Casey, 93, of Brentwood, formerly of Swissvale, Pittsburgh, PA passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025. Beloved wife of late husband Bernard.

Virginia was born on December 17, 1931 to Joseph and Frances Brozovich. She was the loving mother of Robert (Stephanie) Casey, Valerie (James) Gallagher, and the late Kathy Casey; devoted grandmother of Michael and Greg Casey, and Jason Gallagher: sister of Betty Graham, Janet Young, Joanne DePante, Joseph, Charles, Raymond, James and Robert Brozovich.

Virginia enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren grow and celebrating their birthdays, graduations and many successes in their lives. She also enjoyed socializing and playing bingo with her friends at Hillcrest Residences. Virginia loved working in the bakery and enjoyed serving customers at several bakeries throughout her career. She was truly loved and will be missed by all.

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, PA 15227 on Tuesday, October 28, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Albert the Great Church at 10:30 a.m.
