My condolences to the Flinn family. I worked under Bill on the B&O, Chessie, and CSX Railroads since 1973. I remained friends with Bill and Ann many years after his and my retirement. I learned much from him and repected him very much. He will be missed. Rest in Peace Bill. Joe Rabinek

We will certainly miss this outstanding man and neighbor. Those of us at the Packard Estates would not have the great place we have without his leadership and efforts. Condolences to the entire family.
