Journaling is a useful tool when grieving. You can use your journal to work through your thoughts and feelings. You may find that taking the time to journal your feelings in a judgement free zone is therapeutic. Like everything, the first step is often the hardest. We provided a journal page and a list of prompts. Perhaps there are one or two prompts that you may feel like addressing. If none of the prompts speak to you that is okay, too. We all respond to grief differently, and the process of just considering what to journal can be helpful.
