Grief can feel deeply isolating, yet it is a journey shared by people from every walk of life. Healing doesn’t happen on a schedule, and no one should have to navigate loss alone.
Throughout the year, we sponsor Grief Talks—individual, stand-alone sessions that explore topics related to grief, healing, coping, and hope.

In addition to our Grief Talks, there are grief support groups in our community. We are happy to help you find a resource that fits your needs. Here are a few to consider:
The Highmark Caring Place
A center for grieving children, adolescents, young adults and their families.

Family Hospice, UPMC, invites grieving persons to participate in a 6 week educational and support program. Call for more information.

The Still Remembered Project provides bereaved parents and families Christian based supported encouragement for a loss due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death.

St. Elizabeth (Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish) Support Group
They meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 10:30 am, Pius X building, Room 106. No registration is required.
