Dziekan, Alice (Schanck), age 74, on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 of Arlington. Beloved wife of the late Richard; loving mother of Alice (Wayne) Wehrle, Rich (Patti) Dziekan and Rob Dziekan; grandmother of Alicia and Emilia Wehrle and Rick and Jimmy Dziekan; sister of Susan (the late Al) Flynn, Robert "Boots" (the late Audrey) Schanck, Peter (Mary Lou) Schanck and the late Betty (Larry) White, David Schanck, Joe (Jean) Schanck, Bill (Wanda) Schanck, and Lou (survived by Sal) Schanck. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Friday morning at 9:45.
