Obituary For Alicia Gardner

Age 77, on Sunday, January 21, 2024, of Whitehall.

Beloved wife of Howard P. Gardner; cherished mother of Jeffrey (Lisa) Gardner; grandma of Myles Gardner; daughter of the late Gil Albert and Bridget Dunckhorst; sister of Faustino Dunckhorst and Martha Dunckhorst. Also survived by nieces and nephews. In her spare time Alicia enjoyed knitting, crafting, reading, doing her crossword puzzles and cooking for her family. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. till 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 2:30 p.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to the Whitehall Public Library, 100 Borough Park Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236, www.whitehallpubliclibrary.org.
