Obituary For Angelina A. Startare

Age 85, peacefully on Monday, September 22, 2025, of Irwin, formerly of Philadelphia.

Beloved mother of Maria A. (Roy) Baldinger and the late Luciana P. Startare-O'Neill; proud Nonna to Gage (Maddie) Billingsley, Gavin O'Neill (Emily Jones), Angela O'Neill, Conor O'Neill and Dominic O'Neill; preceded in death by her former husband, Joseph Startare and sister Mimi Sitthi. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her blessing service at 12:30 p.m.

    Dear Maria and family, We are so sorry to hear that Aunt Angela passed, but so happy that she passed peacefully knowing how much she was loved by her family. She was one of the kindest women I know. I remember driving around in Philly with her in her little car. She was always so nice to all of us kids. May she rest in the peace of the Lord.
