Obituary For Anna Arlene Nath

April 14, 1933 - June 13, 2014

Nath, Anna "Arlene" Age 81, on Friday, June 13, 2014, of Whitehall.

Beloved wife of John J. Nath for over 62 years; loving mother of Thomas (Carol), David (Elaine), Jeffrey (the late Kathy), Gregory (Diana), John (Maureen), Lynné (Dan) Mathews and Glenn (Julie) Nath; also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Arlene worked for Aramark as a concessionaire for 15 yrs. at both Three Rivers Stadium and Heinz Field. She also was a former employee of the Pittsburgh Federal Credit Union. She also gave her time as a teachers aid for CCD for 15 years and a longtime parishioner of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church and St. Paul of the Cross Monastery. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Tuesday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Gabriel of The Sorrowful Virgin Church at 10:00 a.m.

    It was an honor to serve as the driver for such a beloved woman. My sympathies to all the family. I could see that Arlene will surely be missed. Remember when you think of her that so many came to share their love of Arlene at her funeral.
