Obituary For Anna Marie Keys

Age 84, on Saturday, December 10, 2022, of Upper St. Clair, PA, formerly of Bon Air, PA.

Beloved wife of the late Robert Thomas Keys, Jr.; loving mother of Robert Thomas Keys, III and Rhonda Keys (Kevin) Rummel; grandmother or Kaelyn Grace Rummel; sister of Margaret (the late Leon) Ponsock of Fallsington, PA, Susan Sedlak, Andrew Sedlak, and the late Nancy Sedlak; also survived by her several nieces and nephews and several grand pups and cats.

Anna was a devout Catholic with a special devotion to the Virgin Mary, where she was even able to make a pilgrimage to Medjugorje.

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Monday, December 12, 2022 from 2-8 p.m. Blessing service on Tuesday morning at 11:00.

    Mrs Keys will certainly be missed. A beautiful person inside and out who was always very good and welcoming to me when I was younger. Thank you for all your kindness and rest in peace.     Anna Marie was friend thru her sister Susie. We use to walk together at Keystone high school. We walk and talked for 3 miles. The best part of the walk was when it was over we always went to Toby and had some yogurt. It tasted just like ice cream. It seems like forever since we had those walks but I think of it from time to time. My sympathy to her family at this difficult time.

    So sorry to read of Ann's passing. She, along with her husband, Bob, were friends and neighbors back in Bon Air for many years. One of the first people to welcome us to the neighborhood. A wonderful person and lady!
