I worked with Anne (she was Annie to us) at Bell Telephone in the '60s. There was a loose collection of 19 to 22 year old women who would go out to things that were going on in downtown Pittsburgh. Any evening with Annie along turned into a possible visit with anyone we were talking about. Annie would threaten to call that person and invite him or her to join us. Sometimes the person in question didn't know us from a hill of beans. We always had to restrain Annie from getting us in trouble. Not bad trouble though. She was always showing us more ways to deal with people. Annnie was always on my Christmas card list, I am one of those people who say to myself, "I should give her a call after the holidays settle down". Then I go to sleep and nap through the rest of winter. Now I'll have to wait to see if I can make it to heaven to see her. RIP Anne Kathi (Howells), Treschow

Mrs. Giovannitti was the kindest soul and Heaven is lucky to have gained such an incredible angel. I will always remember her kind hellos, smiles, & waves from down the street. Thinking of Mr. Giovannitti, Karen, Jimmy and the rest of the family at this difficult time. With love, Sarah

Anne has surely joined the choir of angels in Heaven. We will miss our little trips with her and Chuck . I will miss her stories. She was an asset to the Giovannitti family. Her passing is way too soon and our family will feel the loss. We love you, Anne. Tearfully, Dave and Cindy
