Age 88, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021 of South Park. Beloved husband of the late Margaret T. Marbella; father of Lori, Maria and Paul Marbella; brother of Norita (the late Bobby) DeMeo and the late Carmen (survived by Cass) Marbella. Also survived by nieces, nephews and their families. Tony served in the US Army during the Korean War where he played trumpet in the marching band. He joined his first band at the age of 13. Playing the trumpet was his lifelong passion. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday 2-6 p.m. Funeral prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:45. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, Holy Angels Church at 10:30 a.m. If desired family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
