Obituary For Audrey Evelyn Gault

Audrey Gault, age 69, of Baldwin Borough, formerly of Carrick, passed away on October 25, 2025. Loving mother of Robert and the late Mark Gault. Former wife of Steven Gault. Daughter of the late Joseph R. and June (Gross) Staub. Sister of Joseph (Robin), David (Eileen), Ronald (Kathy), and the late Mike Staub. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. Audrey retired from Giant Eagle after 47 years. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, PA 15227, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If desired, family suggestions contributions to Animal Friends at 562 Camp Horne Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.

    Audrey raised two great sons in Mark and Bobby. My two brothers from another mother. Audrey had a way of being a mother figure to many people. Danielle, Taylor, and I have referred to her as a second mom. As I'm sure there's many others. I know Audrey is with Mark now. Because Audrey was always an angel. Mother's are always our first superheroes. My heart goes out to Bobby. My brother hasn't had it easy. But he has had a great childhood. Because he had one incredible family. A fantastic father in Steve, a loyal and awesome brother in Mark, and a wonderful mother in Audrey. As any great mother Audrey would always put her children first. I always remember her driving anywhere her sons wanted to go. She definitely was a person who helped others. I believe that brought her happiness. Heaven gains an angel. Rest in peace Audrey🙏
