A very special lady. Fun loving and welcoming to the max. I remember the kindness and caring she gave me and the other SHCC kids as we grew up. She suffered a stroke in her middle ages, but didn't let it stop her from living life to the fullest - her courage and resiliency - we can all learn from. My sympathies to John, Sr, John, Jr., Jeff, and Chrissy at this difficult time.

I am so sorry to read of Mrs Micklege's passing. Mr Micklege, who is going to stop you from drinking red wine for your own good? I really enjoyed her stories...every time she told them she made me laugh. Barbara's hair was always done so nice when she came to the Club for dinner. We always shared our love of pearls. One year she bought me a pearl necklace and matching earrings, and the candles and little gifts she would surprise me with were wonderful and always appreciated. NowMrs Micklege, you are pain free and telling stories to the angels. I'm thankful that I was blessed to enjoy your company. Mr Micklege, God bless and comfort you.
