Of Whitehall, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, at the age of 89. Barbara was born November 3, 1932 to the late Howard and Katharine Elliott. She was the youngest of three daughters and three sons, all of whom preceded her in death. Barbara was born in Forest Hills, PA, lived in Akron, OH for several years and returned to Pennsylvania in 1944. She is the mother of Lorraine Weinman of North Canton, OH and David (Terri) Burtner of Lindenhurst, NY; grandmother of Brooke (Edward) Attard, Bryan Burtner and Chase Weinman; great-grandmother of Mattea, Edward and Benjamin Attard. Barbara was retired from Union Electric Steel of Carnegie, PA. She spent her years after retirement volunteering at Jefferson Hospital and Meals on Wheels. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 26, 2022, in Zion Lutheran Church at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements handled by the John F.
