Mrs. Murphy was one of the nicest, wittiest, and funniest people I've ever known. Plus, she was honest and didn't mince words. Reason why she was so funny!! I remember so many wonderful times when you and I, Kath, spent time with your mum on your back porch swing playing If I Go To New York and singing I See The Moon and the Moon Sees Me, etc. Simplest and most innocent of times, but what fun we had!! Tough love she gave to her kids, but I'm sure she was proud of how you all turned out because of it!! I remember, more often than not, ringing your doorbell after dinner to come out to play. 'I can't, because I have to practice piano' or 'No, I can't until I clean the kitchen. It's my turn tonight.' And oh how about those white boots she made you wear to school everyday?! Haha!! Mrs. Murphy, you were the best and I will miss you so much!! Thanks for all the special times and for all of those beautiful memories. My sincere and deepest sympathies, Mr. Murphy, Kathy, Maureen, Jane, Eddie, Jimmy, and your entire family.
