Obituary For Bernard A. Sabatos

September 19, 1950 - February 13, 2014

Sabatos, Bernard A. "Bernie", age 63, peacefully and surrounded by his family on Thursday, February 13, 2014 of Bethel Park, raised in Indiana, PA.

Beloved husband of 35 years to Maureen Sabatos; loving father of Stephanie Sabatos and Christopher Sabatos; son of the late Catherine (Penezic) and Charles Sabatos; brother of John, Chuck, Bill, Richard, Mary Catherine and Joe; brother-in-law of Debbie Hoopes and Brad Hilliard. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Monday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral prayer on Tuesday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Germaine Church at 10:00 a.m. with Military Honors. Interment will be held in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a future date.
