Age 90, on Sunday, April 19, 2020, of Brentwood.

Beloved wife of the late Charles W. "Cookie" Cook, Sr.; loving mother of Joanne Cook, Maureen (Jim) Smith, Charles (Linda) Cook, Jr., Deborah (John) Balkovec, David (Karen) Cook, Diane Cook and the late Keith Cook; devoted grandmother of Jason (Robin) Cook, Christine Cook, Jenna Cook (Matt), Megan Cook (Ryan), Nicholas Balkovec and Angel, her fur-baby girl; great-grandmother of Caitlin, Cameran and Aleksah; daughter of the late Ann and Nicholas Reiland; sister of the late Lois (the late Howard "Sparkie") Lewis; sister-in-law of Albert Cook, the late Jimmy Cook and Ivy Scruggs. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Bernice was a loving homemaker, devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family would like to thank her home care workers, Greg, Michael and the staff at Paramount Senior Living South Hills. Due to the current health crisis, visitation and services will be held privately.
