Obituary For Betty Meyer

Age 95, on Monday, August 9, 2021 of Brookdale, Mt. Lebanon, formerly of Baldwin.

Wife of the late Earl Meyer; beloved mother of Charlene (the late Ed) Moore, Lori (George) Bennett and the late Gretchen and John Kleist; grandmother of Kelly (Tim Mittica) Moore, Edward Moore, Marissa Bennett, Blake Bennett and John (Beth) Kleist III; great-grandmother of Abigail, Aubrey, Brandon and Emily. Betty was loved by many and will be dearly missed. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a blessing service will be held on Thursday morning at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the Veterans Breakfast Club, 200 Magnolia Place, Pittsburgh PA 15228 or online at www.veteransbreakfastclub.org/donate.
