Fassinger, Beverly A. (Hall)

Called to her heavenly home on December 1, 2018 after a 91-year life well lived. She is the beloved "Mummie" of Vicki and her husband, Lou Flotta; loving sister of Warren (Ellen) Ashburn; special aunt of Patti (Bob) Carothers, Charles (Jane) Hall and Lauren (Paul) Dueffert, whom she loved like her own children; great aunt of Patrick (Leslie) Carothers, Jon (Kristen) Carothers, Brian (Marci) Carothers, Julie (Dan) Davy, Bill (Katie) Hall, Dan (Ryann) Hall, Sarah Hall, Jack, Juliette and Samantha Dueffert, whom she loved like her own grandchildren. Beverly was preceded in death by her dear husband Irwin "Moe" Fassinger, her mother Helen Hall, and her brothers Charles and William Hall. She will be forever missed by her family and friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be on Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church at 10 a.m. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Remembrances can be sent to the Zion Lutheran Church Benevolent Memorial Fund, Make- a-Wish Foundation or the charity of your choice. A special thank you to the caring staff at the Friendship Village Health Center, who made sure her final years were filled with purpose and love.
