Age 46, unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, of Brentwood, formerly of Clairton. Beloved wife of 20 years to Dan Lavelle; proud and loving mother of Michael (Samantha) Kish, Cody (Brooke) Conroy, Madison Lavelle and Chase Lavelle; cherished daughter of Jane (William) King and Frank (Veronika) Berchok; daughter-in-law of Joseph and Leah Lavelle; will be greatly missed by her siblings Terez (Aaron) Keith, Frankie Berchok and Shane Berchok; sister-in-law of Jill (Eric) Kirsch; granddaughter of Edward and Betty Caton. Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and many friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Monday morning at 10:00. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Sylvester Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held privately at a later date in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. It was wonderful having another mom to watch our Michael's grow up together, Cody asking Natalie to the homecoming dance, Mike and Dan on Boosters together, sitting with you at all the sporting events and having each other's back while visiting rival territories. Our long talks over a few (well several) drinks, 200 club events and dancing, photo booths, fund raising, celebrating birthday parties, and now my Natalie being in school with your Chase, the list goes on and on. I am so blessed that you were part of it all, a part of my life with cherished memories.
